Question for you guys. We have been live streaming at the house a lot more recently and I am wondering if it makes sense to start a new page that is specifically for posting livestream content. It would be like $10 a month and you would get access to all stream content with no PPV. We could use the money from that new page to hire someone to make sure all streams get posted immediately as well as edit different clips and videos from the streams so your not having to watch through 4-5 hours to see the good parts. There is a ton of work that goes into editing the streams and pulling out clips and videos so I just usually post the whole thing to make it easy. But if we had someone focused on it they could get a ton more stream content edited and shared. Over time we could grow the stream page and invest in better sets and equipment, more team, and in general just increase the production value of our livestreams. The other options is to do what I have been doing which is keep it simple and just post the full stream here and call it a day. I am open to either option. Let me know which one you would like best though.

I forgot how much I actually enjoy cooking dinner live on stream. It’s so much fun in my kitchen when all my friends come over to help. I like making corned beef in a slow cooker. It comes out perfect every time. I let it cook on low for 8 hours with carrots, onions and potatoes. I also made colcannon which is mashed potatoes and sautéed cabbage. That was my first time making that and it was so tasty. I will probably always add cabbage, onions and garlic in now. We tied the whole meal together with Irish soda bread which turned out delicious and was so easy to make. For St. Paddy’s day I picked up a pre-seasoned corned beef roast from Trader Joe’s. I cooked it in a crock pot with onions carrots and potatoes. It was delicious! w/ @elliejames
