Did you know while the oldest record of stick and poke tattoos dates back to 5,200 BCE, the method extended historically across many cultures. Stick and poke was often performed as pieces of identity to various Indigenous tribes, religious groups and were also used in Chinese medicine. It’s truly such a intentional way of getting a tattoo, and my personal favorite way to 🥰

One thing I tend to forget is pause, feel present, but here it comes natural and I'm happy to dive into my environment <3 So today i encourage you to do the same, take in the micro moments in day to day life.
