Gosh, it's been ages since I've done some barbells hip thrusts,I usually just use the machine..it's so much faster. ๐ซฃ๐๐
But I was feeling good today, so put on 3-45s on each side and knocked it out!

And then you've fried your muscles so much between this and the 5 exercises before this that you have to use your upper body to pull yourself up again!

For instance: if you like to train in 6-10 rep range, go for high reps 12-15 and even more on some exercises or sets. This will challenge the muscle in new ways and help stimulate it more!
The Workout(back day):
1. Wide-grip Pullups 3x to Failure (add weight if you can do 15)
2. Lat pulldowns 3x 12-15
3. *superset* V-bar rows + preacher curls 3x 10-12
4. *superset* Underhand barbell rows + Incline curls 3x 10-12
