For context if you missed both posts- the post that Jamie is commenting on a bunch is my porn fund. Something I created because people didn't respect my choices and boundaries SO I made a fund with a monetary goal that would ensure I would be financially secure after having various doors close for me (career wise)... Since being naked and doing porn is kind of a big deal. Jamie is upset with our prior conversations and my reaction to his lack of respect not only for me but for those I care about the most. Jamie felt that the Gauntlet was grossly unfair, tried to bargain with me about a long-distance relationship and then insulted me once I made it clear that I wasn't going to change my mind about my dating rules. For anyone who is trying to win me over... I am NOT asking you to be tall, rich, or muscular. I want you to be kind, to be funny and to appreciate exercise in all of its forms, especially boxing. I also want someone who will exercise me. If I was ever going to be in a relationship with someone, I would hope that there would be a degree of respect not afforded to me by this individual. I promise that finding the right person starts with being kind and genuine, if that's not the case though, that might not be the person to seek out. The person he is referring to that I "Friend Zoned" was the ONLY person who participated in and WON the Gauntlet. We went on a date and had a nice time. He bought my students a TON of equipment and never made me feel pressured to be in a long-distance relationship. We still talk to this day, we just live on opposite sides of the country.
The last straw for me- maybe don't insult my students. They are the whole reason I am on here and working multiple jobs. So Jamie, or anyone like Jamie, the Gauntlet is still open to you but I feel like the kid boxers you were gonna fight are probably going to be a little annoyed with you now...
