Mental Monday 03/18/2024 the week of the NCAA Wrestling Championship my favorite week of the year!
Whenever I see someone acting out of the ordinary I used to judge and call them crazy. As I’ve gotten older I’ve learned that there usually are reasons why people act out. Sometimes it’s mental illness and other times it’s that the person is overwhelmed. Lately I’ve been overwhelmed by pain, but I don’t usually lash out at people because of it, though I am definitely a bit more irritable so if you got any unusual messages from me lately it was the pain talking!😂😂
Anyways I’m prioritizing fixing my neck right now more than ever, that’s my focus for 2024. Some people want wealth or have some fitness goal. I just want the overall wellness of neck to be manageable so I can train year round and not have to take weeks off!!!

Pick what I release this weekend in Florida!!!
I slept 14 hours after staying up 36 hours last night. It was crazy I’m still tired I even woke up in the middle of the night hard as a rock and couldn’t fall back asleep until I finished the job so I took some pictures cuz when work calls you cannot say no to an opportunity am I right boys

Here’s the Mental Mondays boys! I ended up getting staph and Covid in the same week which brings us to this weeks topic for the Mental Monday!
Rest days are important for a reason! I keep thinking I don’t need any because when I was competing in wrestling we really didn’t get any. I was younger then and would get injured a lot. Now I’m 23 and I find when I workout too much or I’m too emotionally stressed and try to train twice a day I’m much more susceptible to injuries and illness.
I’m just so focused on making progress fast I forget that if I just took a rest day or two every week I wouldn’t have to take a whole week off because of an injury or illness. Take it slow. Progress will come. Get your rest studs or you’ll end up like me sore and sick! Thank you to everyone who’s wishing me well from the livestream and to everyone tipping me wishing me well love you boys❤️

Mental Monday this week while I’m at a fans house in LA! Hope you guys enjoy I’m currently grinding and studying the sport of jujitsu while collabing here and there. Really loving being able to bring you guys content and have the freedom to learn a new skill so thank you.
We all start somewhere I’m starting from 0 in jujitsu with a great base of wrestling but it’s so humbling to go into a combat sport and not whoop everyone in the room. Everything is one day at a time. I’ll see you guys at the top of both jujitsu and onlyfans😏
