I got five hours of sleep last night (most I’ve gotten in over a week) and feel so much better today.
I wore noise canceling headphones and it seems to have made a huge difference.
Also, I’m doing my best to improve my life and health and am always happy to have others join me.
I’ve been using this device called Whoop to track key metrics and it’s actually been really helping.

We’ve hit the top 5.5%!!!
