Today I did a PR un bench press.
40KG!!!
Sadly I didn't record it because my camera girl was also my spotter, and I was afraid of dying
BUT
I didn't die!!
For reference, I weight 53kg!
Today is one of those days I either instantly go to the gym, or I skip it entirely and spend 100% of my day watching anime (The Blue Box!!) or playing video games (BG3, again)
And since it's summer and I really want to look good...
