If someone had told me a year ago that I would volunteer to exercise in the morning, I would have laughed 😁 Dancing - yes, I'd love to! But working out? Well, thanks, but no!
But I recently promised myself 15 minutes of movement every morning, and you know what? I actually feel better! Although I don't see a visual difference yet, but it's easier to wake up and my mood is more alert 💪
