My goal in life is to produce mainstream films and it has been incredibly difficult to raise the financing for these films through traditional methods. In fact, in most cases, when I meet with investors, it turns into a situation where I am sexually harassed or told that I can get funding if I am willing to sleep with the financier. I figured that if I was going to have sex with someone to raise the money for my projects, then I’m going to do it with whom I wanted to and remain in control of my career and my dignity. If I’m going to use sex to get what I want, then I’ll do it publicly and not hide it in shame. The second answer is “exploration.” I lost my virginity very late and spent a lot of my younger years fantasizing about sex and different sexual situations. I was very curious about sex and really wanted to explore my sexuality, but I was always afraid of being seen as a slut, or having to be committed to a single person who may or may not share my interests. I have been in relationships with both men and women and both sexes can be quite possessive. Using the adult film industry to explore my fantasies and desires is a lot safer than looking around on the internet and hoping that I don’t end up with a psycho serial killer.
