

***Late night home workout*** ๐ช Had a long day studying, but I still need to get my workout in. I don't do a ton of weight training. My trainer is the best, she has me do โDynamic Functional Stretching.โ Sometimes I work with weights, only up to about 5 pounds though to add a little extra resistance for some moves. Shout out to her for keeping my booty looking good ๐
