

✨How I Start My Morning ✨ Happy Monday 😇 I’ve never been a morning person growing up but after reading how beneficial it is for your brain and day to day lifestyle it really motivated me to get up before the sun! here’s a few ways I like to start my day: ✨SWEAT: First thing start with a workout and sweat a lot. ✨ JOURNAL: I like to write out everything; not just all the good/ happy things but the bad things too. ✨ MEDITATE: I’m starting small with short meditations day to day and gradually increasing. 😘
