

Personal goal diary: expectations and sadness 💭
I've been setting goals for myself a lot lately, especially in sports 🏋️♀️. I envision myself being strong, healthy, full of energy and it's so inspiring! But sometimes there are days when I skip workouts because of fatigue or laziness 😔. At times like that, I feel sad and disappointed in myself, like I'm letting my own expectations down.
