I think that is a problem that a lot of people have. And then, when all these things start to accumulate into a huge snowball, you realise that something has to change😍 It helps me to break big tasks down into small steps and make plans for the day. But sometimes even the best intentions get sidetracked and I'm back in the middle of the snowball. How do you fight it?😘💦
