Added 2024-05-11 18:58:57 +0000 UTCIt's been a long time since I took a bath in a hot spring, but since I'm here, I've practiced posing on Mappa!Lol I think I've got more tips on how to do backrat spread than last year😌 I concentrate too much on getting bigger during the increase, but I also want to remember the basics of posing for next year💪 久しぶりに温泉に入ってみたのですが、せっかくなのでマッパでポージング練習をしてみました！笑 去年よりはバックラットスプレッドのやり方のコツが掴めてきたような気がします😌 増量中は身体を大きくすることに集中しすぎてしまうのですが、来年にむけてポージングの基本についても忘れないようにしていきたいです💪
