Today I want to share with you my morning routine - a workout that energizes me for the whole day! πͺβ¨
Every morning, I set aside just 15-20 minutes to stretch my body and set my mind in a positive frame of mind. Not only does it help me wake up, but it improves my mood, productivity and health! π§ββοΈβ€οΈ
Here are a few simple exercises that I incorporate into my exercise routine:
Warm-up - light bends and twists to warm up your muscles.
Squats - great exercise for legs and glutes!
Plank - strengthen your abs and back.
Stretching - don't forget about flexibility!
Do not forget that the main thing is regularity! Start small and gradually increase the load. π
