For some people it’s a substance, food, sex, or even a person. Diagnosing the problem is the first step. Then removing the issue entirely is the next step. Having issues lingering around causes our headspace to be taken up. We need our state of mind to be sharp and clear, solving problems and making decisions based on LOGIC and not emotions.
