

✨ Thank the Lucky Stars ✨ It’s so important for me to unwind and take time for myself every night. Remembering gratitude is so important. It’s easy to always be on the go and notice what is going ‘wrong’ but it takes real character to pause and remember gratitude. I do this through my nighttime routine. I love to take a nice long bath to unwind. I drink a warm cup of chamomile tea, read a book, or meditate, and finish the night with some journaling to gather my thoughts from the day. Sleep is important! I know some people like to say they don’t need a lot of sleep, and maybe that’s true for them, but I require my full 7-8 hours. I try to stay in tune with my body. I wish I could say I did this every night, but I try to do it at least two to three times a week! 🦄
