I like the feeling of increased heart rate, as well as the feeling of adrenaline during the workout. It reminds me of something ahahahaha😏😂 However, almost the best part is what happens afterwards! I reward myself by relaxing in the hot tub after a long workout 🤤 How do you feel about sports?
