Added 2024-10-06 23:21:40 +0000 UTCNeed some help. Which direction should I hang these shutters? They are 26 inches by 12 feet. I’m not removing the decorative shutters and there is a protruding sill at the bottom of the window. Any advice greatly appreciated.
