I'm expected to use talent testing all the time and show the results of the people I work with. This can be pricey. I don't care if people are unfit though or older. All my first encounters were with older guys who weren't in shape so I like that. I would then have to plan a place to do it and there will have to be boring paperwork too. I think this could be huge though so if anyone has a flexible schedule and can shell out 200-500ish for testing and possibly travel expenses. Send me a dm with a few pics. I like the idea of 4-6 people involved because I think it actually creates a safer environment vs a 1 on 1. The room will be the local coffee shop haha. Serious inquiries only.
