*UPDATE ON MY CAT MR. SIR:*
Mr. Sir came home from the vet last night around 5pm. He had most of his tail amputated as a result of an attack form another animal. his injuries suggest it was either a dog or coyote that got him by the tail as he was trying to escape up a fence or tree. almost all of this claws are ripped off down to his toes because he was fighting for his little life 🥺 so his feet are really hurting him along with his tail. he really hates the cone but we have to wear it. unfortunately even with the cone he can still reach his tail so ive ordered a donut cone to add to the mix, and im hoping both of them together will keep him from reaching the wound.

he was in a lot of pain last night, and also very loopy from the anesthesia so i was up almost all night with him helping him go potty, eat, drink, and get comfy.
finally around 7am this morning he got comfy enough to sleep for a few hours so i joined him on that nap 😴 he got a fresh round of pain meds this morning and is doing a lot better now it seems. he purrs when i touch him 🥰
