I love the feeling of my muscles pleasantly humming and my head feels calm. Sometimes I think that the path to my dreams is not only working with the machine (I am a barber after all ๐โโ๏ธ), but also with myself. I dream of opening my own barbershop, and these morning workouts are also part of the way to that. After the gym - water, my favorite fruits and my kitties who are always happy to welcome me home ๐ฑ๐How do you spend your mornings?
