My First Photoshoot
Have you ever tried to copy perfect poses and ended up looking like you accidentally walked into the frame? đ Yeah, that was me at my first photoshoot.
I felt super awkwardâevery pose seemed unnatural, my face looked either too serious or just weird. It felt like nothing was working, and every photo was a disaster đ The more I looked at them, the more upset I got. I kept thinking, "Why do the girls in reference photos look so confident, and I look like I forgot how to use my own hands?!"
For a long time, I was too shy to post those pictures. But then I finally did⌠and got my first likes, comments, and compliments. It was such a confidence boost!â¤ď¸ Thatâs when I realizedâI was probably being too hard on myself.
At first, my shoots took forever. Iâd take thousands of pictures and only like a few. But now, things are differentâI know what poses work for me, how to use light, and I just feel way more comfortable in front of the camera. Now, I can focus more on the background, my outfit, and all the little details that make a photo truly beautiful đĽ°
Lesson learned? Things donât have to be perfect from the start. Donât compare yourself to people whoâve been doing this for years. Just keep going, and confidence will come with experience! đŻ
