

Tweaked my back Thursday and haven't lifted since. Been eating my lower cal meals while still doing an hour of cardio each day. The good news is the pain is going away. You might have seen this post on reddit but to the people who've been with me this whole journey and the ones checking in, we're at a crazy place on this cut. In this picture you can see the separation of both bicep heads which is cool. My muscles are very flat from the low amount of carbs and being this deep in a cut. I honestly can't wait till it's over and we start adding in more carbs. I'll probably put on 15lbs of water and glycogen that first week or so and everything will fill out and that look is what im most excited for. Thank you guys for hanging around throughout this whole journey. Im not sure if I'll hop on stage again after this but it'll be cool to just say "I did that".
