In about a week it will be my 1 yr since my reduction + lift. I look recently and am pretty happy with my decision and how much weight EYYEEEEE lost. It's still a struggle but I'm trying to do it healthily. Body dysmorphia is a bitch and hits us all. Men and women. But as most things, these scars are not who I am and they definitely don't have to make me any less hotter. I can thank yall for the scar support LOL
I hate looking at older pictures of myself because I feel so dissociated from then. I'm not the same person, ya know? In so many ways. It reminds me too that I'm doing better. Life brings us sorrow but we can too choose to perceive the good. It's okay to not always get it right. It's hard. But, as long as we do our best.
Idk why I went all philosophical but I just have SUCH A FULL HEART RN AND ITS SPILLING EVERYWHERE I want us all do to our best :) there is love in so many things and I hope you can feel it when days seem bleak. I remind myself all the time by rewatching things like evangelion. Fav music. Art. We are never truly alone then.
