We went to Zak Bagans’ Haunted Museum because I love paranormal and true crime stuff. I’ve wanted to go for about 5 years now and finally got the chance.
We also went to Cirque Du Soliel’s only adults only show, Mad Apple. 10/10. It was hilarious. Before the show, we (a total of 6 people in our group) were approached by one of the performers and said we had been chosen for a secret pre-show magic show and asked us to follow her. Not going to lie, I thought it was a trap, and we were about to get roped into being part of the show, but thankfully it was just that, an intimate magic show experience. Only 8 people were chosen total. He was hilarious and really good at sleight of hand. Since it was just 8 of us, we all got to be part of each trick. During mine, he had me close his eyes, went to my brother, and would touch him, but I would feel it. It was so weird. Then he somehow got this mark on my hand, and all 8 of us didn’t have a clue how he did it, along with successfully finding my card.
Finally, we went to Darcy & Jer’s No Refunds Comedy Tour (they’re from TikTok). It was absolutely hilarious. It’s the whole reason we planned this trip when they announced this last American stop on their tour which happened to fall on my birthday. They didn’t disappoint!
Of course we shopped and gambled too. I’m glad to be home, and I will be asleep for the next few days ✌🏻😂
