I am being treated for temporal joint dysfunction of my jaw. After the mouth guard, I will have braces. The mouth guard must be worn for 2 months, at least 20 hours a day. Have to sleep with the mouth guard on too. It's uncomfortable 😣 The joint still hurts, crunching and clicking on the right side 😢😢
