I had my biceps tendon reattachment surgery yesterday, Thursday, July 3, and everything went smooth.
I’ll be seeing my orthopedic surgeon in 2 weeks for a follow-up. 📅
If all goes well, I’ll be back to lifting upper body/arms with light weights in about 3.5 months.
Will keep you all posted! 🫡
