It may seem a little funny but grabbing your ears or focusing on a small spot infront of you will help your mind have better control of balancing your body!! Having good balance in your sport will help you to have better control and increased efficiency with movement. This also helps you to prevent falling over, getting injured just makes you an all around better athletic performer. Having good balance significantly helps you when in defense against players it helps by allowing you to better prepare your body for sharp lunges and twists and helps you stay in control of your body’s movements.

When executing the knee strike it actually gets most of its power and strength from the leverage. Aggressive fighters can use their knees like spears while on the attack. This is especially helpful if you’re fighting in a clinch or a close distance it can allow you to hammer the body from the inside and is very powerful when executed correctly to the mid section. 💥

This greatly helps your balance while moving around especially if you’re super active or an athlete. It greatly helps your balance and it can improve your posture even! If you are constantly training your core around 2-3 times a week you will be able to gradually and build your core muscles and strengthen them enough to notice a difference within at least 4 to 8 weeks. Consistency is always key 🔑 with any goals you have with your body!! Whether you are just looking to strengthen and improve yourself or just looking to see a change in appearance 😉

2023-05-19 14:56:07 +0000 UTC View PostIf you’re looking to become more flexible you need to be stretching at a minimum of 5 days out of each week‼️‼️ If you’re remaining consistent you’ll start noticing a difference within two to four weeks stretch until you feel a slight burning sensation some slight discomfort is normal if you hold it for long enough you’ll be able to go farther and farther in time in different positions and areas in the body and you will feel much more lose during the day.🥳 Stretching is so important don’t neglect your body you will thank yourself later!!

And remember once you have a good foundation it’s a lot easier to build off of to better yourself. ❗️ Consistency is key 🔑 if you are not willing to be consistent even after failures results will never come.. failing is apart of learning and growing and can be a beautiful thing and turn you into the best version of yourself. ❗️ Push yourself 🫵🏻 You will not be better yourself if you don’t push your limits and put in minimum effort. with minimum effort comes minimal results. So put in the hard work and the effort the results will follow and you will thank yourself later.

2023-04-20 14:52:15 +0000 UTC View PostPro tips on how to be mentally tough in your sport: ⚡️ *Do not concern yourself with outside distractions that you know are out of your control. *Don't think about past performances that you didn’t do your best and dwell on them instead focus on the present moment and what is in your control and allow yourself to focus in on what you can do in the present moment to overcome performance challenges and allow your mindset to give you the best opportunities for success. *STOP focusing on all the reasons why you can’t achieve something or on all of the cons in the situation positive self talk is key. Tell yourself all the reasons why you are going to win and know that you have the advantage. 👊🏼
